Training

Our signature training is offered by our team of facilitators, educators and artists. It is interactive, dynamic, moving and transformative. We fuse presentation, performing arts and journalism. We have facilitated Emotional Justice training programs for universities, philanthropy’s grantees, international organizations, social justice organizations and local community groups in the US, Europe and Africa. Our training is bespoke – carefully tailored honoring each geographical location and its specific context of race, history and systems.

Your introduction to the racial healing framework, how it was built, why it was built, its focus and how it serves you. The introduction takes you on a journey across six cities, three countries and three continents. This is Emotional Justice for all. 

FROM GRIND TO GRACE

Black women leaders Emotional Justice tools and resources to navigate their world of labor and its challenges, hostilities, and demands. Explore, engage and reframe your relationship to labor, rest and value.  This is Emotional Justice for Black women.

CIRCLE OF WILLINGNESS

Enter the world of the Emotional Justice ‘threesome:’ our 3 C’s: courage, comfort, convenience and explore how they show up and shape your world, your leadership; explore your emotional worldview and the narratives that shape your path, slow your progress and stall sustainable action. Build your Circle of Willingness with the EJ tools as you become the change you claim. This is Emotional Justice for White women.

CIRCLE OF WILLINGNESS

Power. How is it shaped by society’s systems? How does it show up in how we move through the world, how we engage, lead, work, learn? This training explores power within the Emotional Justice elements of ‘The Leader vs The Learner’ narrative; invites you to explore this narrative and break down this word, reframe it, and reckon with this new framing as a path for sustainable transformation. This is Emotional Justice for White men.

EMOTIONAL JUSTICE FOR SENIOR LEADERS

The good, the bad and the ugly of senior leadership is explored and you are introduced to the Emotional Justice tool;  C.A.R.E. Culture to support transforming a senior leadership relationship with your team and organization in the turbulence of our time. Gain the tools, the support and be equipped to create a leadership landscape of sustainable empathy and equity. This is Emotional Justice for all Senior Leaders. 

CULTURE OF CARE

Shaping your department, organization or leadership by institutionalizing the Emotional Justice C.A.R.E.
